TRENCHLESS PIPE LINING
A new pipe formed inside the old one — without a trench across your yard.
Call us if you’re seeing this.
- The same line backs up again and again
- A camera inspection found roots or a cracked pipe
- Someone quoted you a dig across the yard or driveway
- Old clay or cast iron sewer line under the slab
What it actually is
Trenchless pipe lining is a no-dig repair method. A flexible liner saturated with epoxy resin is pulled through your existing damaged pipe, then cured in place with hot water or steam. The result is a brand-new seamless pipe inside the old one, with no trenching through your yard, driveway, or foundation. Most residential lining jobs are completed in a single day.

The Real Deal process.
Camera inspection first
We locate the exact damaged section and confirm lining is the right fix.
Hydro jetting to clean the line back to bare pipe so the liner bonds properly.
Measure and cut the resin-saturated liner to the exact length of the damaged run.
Invert and pull the liner through the pipe, then cure it in place with hot water or steam.
Final camera inspection to confirm a smooth, seamless new pipe wall.

Something not answered here? Call (619) 862-3927 and ask for Tony.
How long does trenchless pipe lining last?
A properly installed cured-in-place liner is rated for 50+ years. It is a permanent repair, not a patch.
Will it damage my yard or driveway?
No. Lining requires only one or two small access points, not a continuous trench. Your landscaping, driveway, and slab stay intact.
How long does the job take?
Most residential lining jobs are finished in a single day. Larger or commercial runs may take longer.
